A full walk away laboratory automation from staining to the finished slide can now be achieved with the new TCA 44-720 Combination Slide Stainer and Cover Slipper, by merging the TST 44 C Slide Stainer with the new ACS 720 Cover Slipper.

Using a modular design, the TCA 44-720 makes it easy to take the step from manual transfer to automation even if you are small laboratory, taking up only as much space as is absolutely necessary to accommodate the two units side by side.

The new Combination Slide Stainer and Cover Slipper has the capability of processing approximately 520 slides per hour. As an added plus, our innovative slide processing technology inside the unit will return the slides into the original staining basket and in the correct order, making identification of specially stained batches easier than ever.

The newly developed slide stainer has a soft running transport head with patented drip tray moves fast in a X, Y and Z direction. Liquid residues on the slides and the basket cannot contaminate the reagents as the small tray glides automatically under the basket as soon as it is lifted from the bath and before it is transported to the next station. A filter card in the tray absorbs the liquids thus preventing an overflow.
